Mary Help of Christians Academy provides a competitive, comprehensive college preparatory education firmly rooted in the Salesian Catholic tradition with a distinctive voice for young women.  One indicator of the quality of our program is the success of our students in their pursuit of undergraduate studies. Last year's Senior Class earned over 4 million dollars in merit scholarships alone and went on to exemplary schools such as Georgetown University, University of South Carolina, Rutgers University, Stevens Institute of Technology, Cornell University and Villa Nova.

Since 1921, Mary Help of Christians Academy has been serving the community and volunteering with Boys and Girls Club as well as Oasis for displaced women and their children. 

The Dormitories at Mary Help are an option for those students who would prefer to stay on campus during the week and head home on weekends.

As a Star School in 2011, Mary Help proudly offers Healthcare Connections Internship and our Atlantic Stewardship Business Internship.  Students work hands on with top professionals in their industry and gain valuable experience and college credits upon completion.  AP Classes are offered as well in all subject areas for students looking to get a head-start. 

With 16 acres, a lake, in-ground swimming pool and refurbished gymnasium, Mary Help of Christians Academy is a preparatory school in a college like setting, with a laptop on every desk and wifi available throughout our campus.  MHCA prepares its students for every aspect of what is expected in their undergraduate studies.  Students graduate feeling confident and prepared for the next phase in their career.
