MHCA PROFILE OF THE GRADUATE

A graduate of Mary Help of Christians Academy is prepared to be a woman who is an intellectually competent, highly motivated independent thinker, with a strong knowledge of self, possessing religious convictions, and superior leadership abilities. She also has strong sense of her Salesian identity.

RELIGIOUS VALUES/SALESIAN IDENTITY
- Is knowledgeable of the Scriptures and of the authentic teachings of the Catholic Church and can articulate her beliefs
- Values the sacramental life, particularly that of Reconciliation and Eucharist, for a deep relationship with God and others
- Participates in, contributes to, and serves her local worshipping community
- Has the wisdom to live her faith at home, in the workplace, and in civic society, looking to Mary our Mother as model and help
- Can identify her morals and values and make decisions within a Christian ethical framework
- Is aware of the loving presence of God in her everyday life
