Dear Applicant, We are pleased that you are interested in Mary Help of Christians Academy. To prepare a complete candidate’s file, please follow the directions below carefully.
1. Complete the High School Application Request for Transcript form.
2. Complete the Information Form, which will enable us to better assess your background and level of involvement as a member of your current school and parish community. Be sure to respond to all the items. 3. ESSAY: Develop a three-paragraph essay about a hobby that you enjoy or a particular interest that you would like to pursue. This may be type or neatly handwritten and should be attached to the Information Form.
4. Mail the completed forms and your essay to: Mary Help of Christians Academy
5. Obtain and attach a signed recommendation letter or letters from your teacher(s) if you intend to apply for honors placement in Mathematics, Science and/or English. If you haven’t already spent a day with us, I would like to extend that invitation. Please call my office to schedule your shadowing day and I will send you the form.
