Frank Petruccelli

Frank Petruccelli brings over forty years of experience in Catholic Education. He served as a Middle School Teacher, High School Administrator, Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent of Schools for the Diocese of Paterson. Frank earned his B.S. in economics and finance and an M.B.A. in finance and human resources from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He also holds M.A. and Ed.S. degrees in Educational Administration from Seton Hall University. He attended summer leadership seminars at Columbia Teachers’ College, and lectured at both Seton Hall University and Manhattan College. After retiring from the Superintendence, he worked at Maverick Funding Corp. as Director of Human Resources. He currently works at America’s Mortgage Lender as Director of Human Resources and Compliance. 

Some of his honors include membership in the Phi Delta Kappa Honor Society, Knight of St. Gregory, Seton Hall Distinguished Alumni Award, and the Assumption College Servant Leader Award. He has been an active member of various boards and committees, including the Governor’s Advisory Council for the Gifted and the Talented, NCEA Task Force on Diversity, Urban Teacher Education Scholarship Selection Committee, a trustee of the Simon Family Foundation, member of the Assumption College Board of Trustees, Chair of the Academic Affairs Committee, Seton Hall University Department of Education Advisory Committee and Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation Evaluation committee, and Morris-Sussex-Warren Workforce Development Board. In other roles, he served as a consultant to Innovative Educational Programs Inc. working on federal grants and published articles on educational administration, strategic planning, management leadership training. He holds New Jersey certification in administration and school leadership and is a member of Society of Human Resources Management.
