Salesian Provincial Youth Council

The Salesian Youth Provincial Council prepare a Pastoral Plan based on the Salesian Rector Major's STRENNA of that year. This Pastoral Plan helps to unite MHCA to a common theme and spiritual focus throughout the year. It is broken into 4 subthemes animated at the beginning of each quarter.
