What does Mary Help mean to you?
Ever since I first stepped foot on campus, Mary Help has been my backbone. From day one, all the girls have been there for me. They have helped me laugh in times where all I want to do is cry and been by my side during my happiest times. Most importantly, they have impacted how I live my life, all for the better.

Why did you choose Mary Help?
I first heard about Mary Help from my babysitter who told me the school is "one big family that continues to grow as it welcomes incoming students and their families year by year." Those words lingered with me and were the driving force behind my decision to attend Mary Help. On that beautiful spring day, I believed God was talking through my babysitter. I knew she was the messenger who delivered me to this choice. Through her experience, I was led to what is now my own family, too.

In what ways has Mary Help contributed to your personal and academic growth?
Mary Help has given me confidence in myself, something that continues to grow the more involved I become on campus. As a Freshman, I was timid and afraid to try new things. What I mainly wanted was to feel like I belonged. Halfway through the year, my Dance teacher encouraged me to go out for the play. Not one to risk disappointing my teachers, I decided to give it a shot...and it was one of the best decisions of my high school career! From then on, I wanted to be involved in every little thing that Mary Help has to offer. As a Senior looking back on my time here, I feel that my involvement at Mary Help has shaped who I am as a person, and I am proud of who I've become.

What is one thing you would like outsiders to know about Mary Help?
At Mary Help, your teachers are not just your teachers - they're also part of your family. They care about you so much that they'll do everything in their power to help you achieve your goals. They're there if you need help and even if you just need an adult to talk to. Really, they're like another set of parents, and they'll never let you feel unwelcome.
