Create New Family Online Account & Complete Enrollment Packet

Create New Family Portal Login Instructions:

Go to www.factsmgt.com.
Select Family Log In from the menu bar and then FACTS Family Portal from the drop-down menu.
Enter MH-NJ into the District Code field. Click Login.
Click the Create New Account button.
Enter in the Email field must use your email address provided in your application to the school.
Click Create Account.
You will receive an email from FACTS SIS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes the link will remain active for only 6 hours.

Once email is received:

Click on the link title Create Your Family Portal Login
Password screen will open. You may use the default username provided, or create new username. Then type desired password into the password field and Confirm field.
Click on Create Account
Close the window
Log into Family Portal again at www.factsmgt.com with your new log in and password
After logging in, click Apply/Enroll on the left side of the page
Click Enrollment/Reenrollment

The online enrollment process should not take too long. However, your information will be saved if you need to come back to it at a later time. Supplemental documents such as birth certificate and immunization records will be requested to be uploaded.

Enrollment Packets should be completed by February 15th.
