1.   ENROLLMENT FEE

Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

**PLEASE NOTE: 2025-2026 Course Selection Forms will only be processed for students who have all forms and Registration Fee submitted. 

 

2. STUDENT FEE – Payable via FACTS

Grades 9 – 11:
$1,450.00  Includes: iPad lease (device, accessories, digital subscriptions, insurance, and all required apps), book rental, standardized testing, lab materials, co-curricular activities, class retreats, photo ID card, student accident insurance, yearbook, and PTG dues.

Grade 12:  $1,750.00  Includes: all of the above plus Graduation Fee (general graduation expenses plus a one-quarter page yearbook ad).

 

The Student Fee, due on or before June 20, 2025, is non-refundable after September 1, 2025.  The Registration Fee, Student Fee and first month's tuition must be paid in full before the student may attend school.

3.  TUITION - 2025-2026 Tuition: $16,690 per student (10 monthly payments of $1,669 via FACTS)

The actual cost to educate a student at MHC Academy this year was $24,940.  A Salesian Sister Scholarship of $8,250 will be awarded to each one of our students.  Our 2025-2026 tuition rate, after this scholarship, is $16,690.

Tuition Payment Schedule


Monthly tuition payments begin with Payment #1 in July and ending with Payment #10 in April.

 

All fees are payable through FACTS. If you wish to pay through another form, contact the Business Office. Credit card payments will be assessed a 4% administrative fee. Checks returned for insufficient funds will incur additional fees to cover service fees.

A family one month in arrears receives a written reminder.  After two months of non-payment, educational services are suspended. No student can begin a new academic year at MHCA (nor have academic records processed) until all of the previous year's financial obligations have been met.

PTG Dues - $50.00 is included in the Student Fee.

Calendar Sweepstakes (payable via FACTS) - $100 will be added to your FACTS account to be paid by January 2, 2026, for 10 tickets for the Calendar Sweepstakes. Tickets will be sent home for you to complete and return. 

Other event participation (payable to MHCA) - $200.00 per family. A list of additional fundraisers/events for you to choose from will be shared.  One basket or merchandise for a fundraiser of a $100 value.


Additionally, each family is required to participate in the RaiseRight Fundraising Program. Families are required to purchase enough gift cards that will yield a $100 cash back rebate to MHC Academy. For those families who do not wish to participate in the RaiseRight program, a $100 fee will be assessed through FACTS.

6. UNIT POINTS - Volunteer Hours (payable to MHCA)

($25 for every unearned point)


Each household is asked to volunteer 15 hours per school year, also known as unit points.


Unit points can be earned by doing service for the school at the rate of 1 point per hour. Volunteer opportunities will be offered throughout the year via email from various groups at Mary Help (PTG, Salesian sisters fundraising, school staff,

 

Daddy Blue Jays, etc). Volunteers should sign-in and out to track their time, which will be stored in the Facts portal.

Families can also earn points through monetary or gift donations by submitting receipts toward specifically requested items (picnic or tricky tray merchandise etc.). Every $25 donation earns 1 point.

 

Some key events require hundreds of hours from many helping hands. The PTG prefers to have helping hands when requests are sent throughout the year, including assignments to be completed from home. This is also where friends are made and a purpose-driven community thrives!

 

Please ensure you have met the requirements to volunteer by submitting proof to the main office for Protecting God's Children certification.

$400.00 per student per sport or theatre production. Additional fundraiser participation required.  Other items may need to be purchased such as uniforms, costumes, and dresses. Dance team falls under the sports/athletics category.  Chorus has the opportunity to perform at Radio City, ticket information will be available at the start of the school year.

9.  FACTS TUITION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SERVICE FEE – 

 

All families are required to enroll with FACTS (even if paid in full). FACTS will assess an enrollment fee based on your payment option.

 

Any payments not received by the designated due date will be assessed a late fee of $25.

 

Once I have registered my daughter(s), I agree to pay in full all financial obligations for my daughter(s) to receive educational services at Mary Help of Christians Academy for the scholastic year 2025-2026.  I understand that delinquent payments put my daughter(s) at risk of being excluded from midterm/final exams until payments are made. I also understand that delinquent payments may result in the discontinuation of educational services at Mary Help of Christians Academy.
