2024-2025

1. REGISTRATION FEE 

Returning Students - $350 (will be charged on FACTS upon completion of enrollment)

New Students - $700 ($550 if paid on or before Thursday, February 1, 2024)

Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

**PLEASE NOTE: 2024-2025 Course Selection Forms will only be processed for students who have all forms and Registration Fee submitted. 

2. STUDENT FEE – Payable via FACTS

Grades 9 – 11: $1,400.00  Includes: iPad lease (device, accessories, digital subscriptions, insurance, and all required apps), book rental, standardized testing, lab materials, co-curricular activities, class retreats, photo ID card, student accident insurance, and yearbook.

Grade 12:  $1,750.00  Includes: all of the above plus Graduation Fee (general graduation expenses plus a one-quarter page yearbook ad).

The Student Fee, due on or before June 21, 2024, is non-refundable after September 1, 2024. The Registration Fee, Student Fee and first month's tuition must be paid in full before the student may attend school.

3.  TUITION - 2024-2025 Tuition

$15,745 per student ($1,574.50 monthly payable via FACTS)

Tuition Payment Schedule
Tuition is paid in advance monthly or annually.

Monthly tuition payments are due by the 20th of each month in ten (10) installments beginning with Payment #1 in July and ending with Payment #10 in April.

There is a 5% discount if tuition is paid in full by June 3, 2024. This applies to those families who do not receive financial assistance.

There is a 10% tuition discount offered for each sibling (second student, third student, etc.) enrolled at the same time.

Other discounts offered can be found on our website. (Catholic School Educator, Legacy (alumna), DBP sibling discount, etc.)

All fees are payable through FACTS. If you wish to pay through another form, contact the Business Office. Credit card payments will be assessed a 4% administrative fee. Checks returned for insufficient funds will incur additional fees to cover service fees. 

A family one month in arrears receives a written reminder.  After two months of non-payment, educational services are suspended. No student can begin a new academic year at MHCA (nor have academic records processed) until all of the previous year's financial obligations have been met.

4.  FACTS TUITION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SERVICE FEE – 

All families are required to enroll with FACTS (even if paid in full). FACTS will assess a small enrollment fee based on your payment option.

5.  SPORTS FEE/SPRING MUSICAL (Payable via FACTS) -

$400.00 per student per sport or Spring Musical. Additional fundraiser participation required. 

6.  PTG (Parent-Teacher Guild) FEES - 

PTG Dues (payable via FACTS) - $50.00 will be added to your FACTS account to be paid by September 3, 2024.

Calendar Sweepstakes (payable via FACTS) - $100 will be added to you FACTS account to be paid by December 16th, 2024 for 10 tickets for the calendar sweepstakes. Tickets will be sent home for you to complete and return. 

A gift baket or gift card donation of $100 (retail value) for any PTG event.

Other Mandatory Fundraisers (payable to MHCA) - $200.00 per family. A list of additional fundraisers for you to choose from will be shared. 

Additionally, each family is required to participate in the RaiseRight Fundraising Program. Families are required to purchase gift cards that will yield a $100 cash back rebate to MHC Academy. For those families who do not wish to participate in the RaiseRight program, a $100 fee will be assessed through FACTS.   

7. VOLUNTEER HOURS (payable to MHCA) -

Each family must earn 15 volunteer hours gained through parental involvement in fundraising events and in the students' academic and cultural school life. At the end of the school year, families with unearned volunteer hours will receive a bill of $25.00 per unearned hour, charged through their FACTS account.

8. FACTS TUITION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SERVICE FEE -

All families are required to enroll with FACTS (even if paid in full). FACTS will assess an enrollment fee based on your payment option. 

Any payments not received by the designated due date will be assessed a late fee of $25.

Once I have registered my daughter(s), I agree to pay in full all financial obligations for my daughter(s) to receive educational services at Mary Help of Christians Academy for the scholastic year 2024-25.  I understand that delinquent payments put my daughter(s) at risk of being excluded from midterm/final exams until payments are made. I also understand that delinquent payments may result in the discontinuation of educational services at Mary Help of Christians Academy.
