The Dames of Mary Help are happy to announce their 2019 Autumn Gala will be held on Friday, November 1st at 6:30 pm at The Grove in Cedar Grove, New Jersey. Each year, the Dames award their highest honor to those who support Mary Help of Christians Academy with their time, skills, and generosity. This year’s honorees are Aldo Cascio and Thomas Manzo, who will be recognized for their tireless efforts and contributions in support of the students at Mary Help of Christians Academy. Mr. Cascio has been a longtime friend to the Salesian Sisters. He has often hosted the Sisters at one of his restaurants for holiday dinners. He is also so generous with his donations and a great supporter of all of our events for years. Mr. Manzo was an integral part of the success of our Unification event in 2017. Alongside his team from the Brownstone, he worked tirelessly to cater the weekend’s festivities and we are still getting rave reviews. The Salesian Sisters were blown away by Mr. Manzo’s immediate call to action following our Chapel fire – hosting a fundraiser benefit at the Brownstone at no cost to the Sisters. We are so blessed to call Mr. Cascio and Mr. Manzo our dear friends.
