About Ms. Sara Gloede

Sara Gloede is a science educator teaching biology, environmental biology, forensic science, and anatomy and physiology. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from William Paterson University and is currently obtaining her teaching certification in biology. Prior to her career in education, she worked as a laboratory technician conducting product testing for large brand companies, as well as a zookeeper, where she gained hands-on experience in animal care. She also has an extensive background in dance education, teaching multiple styles with a focus on modern and acrobatics to various aged individuals. 
 
Ms. Gloede employs a multidisciplinary instructional approach that incorporates lectures, laboratory experiments, hands-on activities, and visual learning strategies to support student understanding and engagement. She is committed to fostering scientific curiosity, critical thinking, and a strong appreciation for the natural world, with the goal of inspiring the next generation of scientifically literate and passionate learners.
