Rosanna Fahy

I began working in Ambulatory Care at Memorial Sloan Kettering in 1992, after receiving a Bachelors Degree in English Literature from Fordham University. I began in an entry level role designed as a management training program and developed outpatient oncology expertise. After 25 years at the Center, I have assumed operating and financial responsibility for patient care for 17 outpatient facilities throughout New York City, as well as regional site locations in Westchester, New Jersey and Long Island. I have most enjoyed opportunities to incorporate learning from other service industries such as Disney, IDEO Healthcare Design and achieving a Bronze Certificate in Lean Manufacturing. My current responsibilities encompass oversight of outpatient care locations throughout New York and New Jersey - including daily operations, financial, talent and facilities management.

My early education was influenced largely by the Salesian Sisters as a student of St. Gerard Majella in Paterson and summers spent at Mary Help of Christians Day Camp from age 6 – 17 as a camper, then counselor and group lead. I very much credit the Salesian mission and values as having strongly complimented my personal development together with my family’s foundation. My professional accomplishments as a leader and personal growth as a wife and mother of 3 daughters are very much attributed to me strong roots from and in a Catholic education.
